1994
Foundation of company SERVIKS RIGA Ltd.
First order: National Presidential Palace and the Cabinet of Ministers
Preparation for the US President Bill Clinton's visit to Latvia.
2000
The first company in its field, which introduced a system of quality ISO 9001:1994.
2003
The strategic investor and partner of SERVIKS RIGA Ltd. become Polish
the largest service company IMPEL SA.
2005
The company develops and implements its multi-functional customer service
ServiNET system.
2006
Thanks to the successful operation of the entire Latvian territory, the company
reveals VIDZEMES branch in Valmiera, KURZEMES branch in Liepāja and LATGALES
branch in Rēzekne.
2010
As part of an international company IMPEL SA Concept, the company
SERVIKS RIGA Ltd. changes its historic name to the IMPEL SERVIKS Ltd..
2011
The company introduces Labour Safety Management System OHSAS 18001: 2007.
2012
The company is introducing the Environmental Management System 14001: 2004 ISO and in that way
achieve full implementation of the Integrated Management Systems in company and all
its departments.
